HINTS and Tips

I've gleaned a number of hints and tips from a variety of sources.    I don't necessarily subscribe to all these tips - nor do I remember them all!  Neither do I presume to teach others how to play: I merely want to share information I've found useful in the hope that others may do so too.

There will be circumstances where these tips may prove beneficial and others when this will not be the case.
